We are still working out the details but the funeral will be at St. Therese of Carmel Catholic Church in San Diego on Friday, October 17th at 11:00am. We plan to have a reception immediately following the service. So we can have a better of idea of seating and food, please send me an e-mail. We would love to have as many people as possible come and celebrate Adam's life. If you will be needing a room, let us know, Bill will be working on getting a block of hotel rooms. Details will be posted later.

Dear Balch Family: We want to express our deepest sympathy to you --and to let you know how much we cherished Adam. You raised the most wonderful son, brother, young man. He was such a great listener, talker, and so very kind and intelligent. I think he was just the ideal kid altogether. He always made time to smile and share his day at the PAC with me,by the pool, or at Beach Culture. I will be honored to be at his funeral, and very honored to make a donation in his beloved memory to the UCLA center. It was a rare privelege to know someone of Adam's caliber.
